On part two of the “Oprah’s Next Chapter” special on the Kardashians, the family opened up about their romantic relationships.

Though Kim wasn’t joined by boyfriend Kanye West, the reality star still spoke candidly about their blossoming romance.

Admitting she’s “happy” with the rapper, Kim insisted their relationship isn’t a business arrangement.

“It’s your heart you’re playing with,” she told Oprah. “I couldn’t sacrifice my heart for a publicity stunt.”

Kim also denied that they plan on moving in together and said they have no plans to wed.

“But to have him in my life this way I think says a lot about us,” she says.

Khloe and husband Lamar Odom revealed that while they are not currently expecting a baby, they are “always trying” to get pregnant.

Odom, who said he was pleasantly surprised by the way the Kardashian family embraced him, acknowledged he had a rough season in the NBA, but says his reality TV career had nothing to do with it.

That said, Khloe – who revealed she and Odom pray nightly together, even when they’re apart – went on to say she’d be willing to give it all up for the sake of their marriage, if need be.

“I wouldn’t think twice,” she said. “It’s my family.”

She added later on, “If I don’t keep my morals and what’s true to me… then what am I going to have when this is done?”

A still-pregnant Kourtney and longtime boyfriend Scott Disick said they have a name picked out for their daughter, but “want to meet her first and make sure it’s the right name.”

Disick, who spoke frankly about his anger issues, said his biggest regrets are making Kourtney “cry one or two or a million times.”

“I can’t take back some of the things I’ve said or done to anybody,” he acknowledged, admitting that a lot of his behavior actually stems from insecurity.

Kourtney said she didn’t leave Disick despite their many problems because she didn’t want to raise their then-unborn son Mason by herself.

“Now I understand why people have kids…” Disick told Oprah. “I realize the world is more than just me.”

Bruce Jenner, with wife Kris by his side, discussed being recognized these days more often for his famous stepkids than for his Olympic wins.

But that’s “absolutely okay because the number one thing in life is to be a dad. Those are my little gold medals of life,” he said.

And, like most parents, Bruce said all he wants is for his children to be happy – but admitted that mistakes have been made.

“We went so overboard” with Kim and Kris Humphries‘ wedding, he confessed, but pointed out that he and Kris wed after only dating for a short time, too.

For her part, Kris said she’s “acutely aware” that the family’s time in the spotlight will eventually come to an end.

And that’s quite okay with Kim, who said she wouldn’t have felt that way a year ago.

But now, she insisted, “It would be so well with my soul.”
