Kanye West Tattoos North’s Birthdate On Wrist After Kim Kardashian Convinces Rapper Not To Ink Face — PHOTOS!
The reality star first shared a picture of West getting the actual work done by tattoo artist Maxime Buchi of Sang Bleu, tweeting the lyric “four in the mornin’ and he’s zonin'” from “FourFiveSeconds.” Kardashian went on to admit, “I talked him out of getting a face tattoo….for now,” posting a picture of the temporary ink on West’s head. She then revealed the final artwork, explaining, “He got it on his wrists instead. His mother’s birthdate and North’s birthdate in Roman numerals.”
West’s mother Donda died in 2007 after complications from surgery, and he’s repeatedly paid tribute to her over the years. Most recently, West released the emotional track “Only One,” which was written from the perspective of Donda talking to him about North from heaven. On the song, West repeats, “Tell Nori about me.”
Earlier Thursday, West opened up about his desire to have more kids with Kardashian, and candidly noted the effort he’s putting in. “Oh, I’m practicing really hard. I try as many times a day I can,” West said on the BBC 1 Zane Lowe radio show. He then spoke to North directly, saying, “Nori, this one is for you. You need a sibling.”
That, of course, begs the question: Where will West tattoo the birthdate of their second child? Hopefully not on his face. See the pictures below, and tell us what you think.
