Kylie Jenner Puma Deal Will NEVER Happen, Says Kanye West
Kanye West says Kylie Jenner will “never” make a deal with Puma to be the face or spokesperson for the sneaker brand. In a series of tweets West, who has a major deal for his Yeezy sneakers with Adidas, tweeted on Tuesday, “1000% there will never be a Kylie Puma anything.”
It all started with an unconfirmed Us Weekly report that alleged Jenner “inked a contract” with Puma. The tabloid adds, “Jenner will earn seven figures” to be the brand’s newest ambassador. The outlets further notes that the deal is a “match made in heaven” since Jenner often wears the footwear. However, one of Jenner’s first runway shows was walking last year in West’s Adidas show for his Yeezys.
Gossip Cop has reached out to reps for both Jenner and Puma to see whether the magazine’s account is accurate, but we have yet to hear back.
Regardless, if West has his way, which he often does, Jenner will never do a deal with the rival sneaker company. He first tweeted, “1000% there will never be a Kylie Puma anything. That’s on my family! 1000% Kylie is on Yeezy team!!!” He followed that message up with a second missive stating that, even if the footwear company paid her a seven-figure advance, he’s putting his Yeezy-wearing foot down. “Puma we gone give you your measly million dollars back!!! Never try to divide the family!!!” wrote West.
