Kanye West NOT Performing At Grammys After Hospitalization, Despite Report
Kanye West is not looking to perform at the Grammys following his hospitalization, despite an entirely made-up article. Gossip Cop can debunk this newly fabricated claim about the singer. We’re told it’s untrue.
According to the fake news creators at HollywoodLife, “West is determined to put his dramatic hospitalization behind him and step up to the Grammys stage in 2017.” The disreputable site further has the gall to claim it “has all the exclusive details on his big comeback performance plans.” One of the webloid’s either ill-informed or seemingly concocted sources is quoted as saying, “He wants a spot on the Grammy stage, he is telling everyone that will listen that he wants nothing more than to be onstage at the show and perform something new.”
While West was nominated for eight Grammys, including Best Rap Album, Best Rap Performance, and Best Rap Song, he is not going to perform at the 2017 Grammy Awards on February 12. Nor has the rapper been “telling everyone that will listen that he wants nothing more” than to perform a new song at this year’s show. It’s all a total lie, made up by HollywoodLife. In fact, unlike that often discredited site’s questionable (at best) unnamed sources, West’s own rep exclusively tells Gossip Cop the webloid’s latest creation is 100 percent untrue.
Of course, Gossip Cop is not remotely surprised by the falsity of HollywoodLies’ new article about West. The webloid has been repeatedly caught making up fake news about the rapper. In just the last two or so weeks, it manufactured a phony story about West designing an inauguration dress for Melania Trump. And right before that, Gossip Cop nailed the outlet for publishing a bogus claim about West wanting to protect Mike Pence at “Hamilton.” Sometimes we wonder whether that site is better suited for selling fertilizer with all the bulls**t it produces.
