Kanye West NOT Writing Song To Perform At Donald Trump Inauguration, Despite Report
Kanye West is NOT writing a song for Donald Trump that he plans to perform at the president-elect’s inauguration in January, despite a bogus webloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. We’re told it’s “B.S.”
As Gossip Cop reported, West visited Trump Tower on Tuesday morning to have a meeting with the future president. And now, according to MediaTakeOut, the rapper has also “created a new song dedicated to Donald Trump.” A so-called “source” tells the website, “The song is like a ‘Trump Anthem’, and Kanye wants to perform it at the inauguration.” The repeatedly discredited site goes on to claim this supposed anthem was discussed during West and Trump’s sit-down.
But Gossip Cop checked in with a rep for West, who exclusively assures us the rapper isn’t writing a song dedicated to Trump. We’re told the claim otherwise is complete “B.S.” Unfortunately, we’re not surprised by this phony report from the repeatedly discredited outlet. Gossip Cop has often corrected the site’s numerous bogus reports about the rapper, and even West slammed MediaTakeOut in a Twitter rant earlier this year for publishing sensationalized stories about him. This latest report about the rapper’s nonexistent Trump anthem is simply another tall tale from the unreliable webloid.
