Kanye West will not be prosecuted for allegedly beating up a man who verbally assaulted Kim Kardashian.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, West was accused of attacking the unidentified person at a Beverly Hills office earlier this month after the victim purportedly threatened Kardashian and used the N-word. A police report was filed and a battery case was sent to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office — where it has reportedly been rejected.

The case was thrown out for several reasons, including the reported $250,000 civil settlement reached between the parties, and the determination that the victim did not have “significant injuries.”The victim is also said to have refused to cooperate with prosecutors, reportedly going silent after reaching the settlement.

Consequently, the D.A. said “prosecution is accordingly declined due to victim unavailability,” reports TMZ.
