JWoww is involved in yet another legal dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Thomas Lippolis.

The “Jersey Shore” star is attempting to get a court injunction to block Lippolis from releasing naked photos of her.

Gossip Cop spoke exclusively to Lippolis, who confirms he possesses nude photographs of JWoww that were taken before and after her second breast augmentation and liposuction procedures.

Lippolis reveals the cosmetic surgery was performed shortly before “Jersey Shore” returned for a second season.

The post-surgery shots present a much sexier JWoww, and there’s a “huge” difference, he says, compared to the before photos which show her first “botched boob job.”

The former boyfriend/manager contends that JWoww has no right to block him from selling the before-and-after pictures, since he took them on his cell phone and “she asked me to take them.”

As of now, Lippolis says he has no concrete plans to sell the nude photos, but adds, “I’d sell them for the right amount.”
