Justin Timberlake’s Grandma Confirms: He’s Engaged

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are engaged, his grandmother Sadie Bomar tells Gossip Cop!

She says, “He called me on Christmas Day and told me he’s engaged,” and adds that Timberlake asked her not to discuss the news with anyone “until after the holidays.”

Bomar says “the family loves Jessie… she’s a very sweet girl.”

The family matriarch tells us Timberlake propped the question to Biel while the couple was vacationing in Montana, and gushes that she’s “so happy” for them.

Us Weekly first reported that the singer had proposed.

Timberlake and Biel began dating in 2007.

They broke up last March, and then got back together over the summer.

    Omg, I almost got tears in my eyes because of how happy I was when this got confirmed! I have been a fan of Justin since I was 4, today I’m 17 and I have waited for him to pop the question for so long. And now it has finally happened! I am SO happy for them, they seem to be an amazing couple and I wish them the best future. Uh, this is so amazing! IM SO HAPPY!

    Jessica can do so much better IMHO. Justin doesn’t deserve her at all. After all, his endless cheating that cost him most of his ‘serious’ relationships (including the one with Britney) and almost this one as well – several times actually – has not stopped or slowed down. He has been with at least three other women besides Jessica just this last year (Mila Kunis and Amanda Seyfried springs to mind), so I doubt he’ll stop now. It’s gonna be heartache and pain for them, and a quick divorce – unless he changes.

    I’m not saying that people can’t change. Cash Warren was an unstoppable playboy that didn’t stop just because he was in a serious relationship with Jessica Alba. After several breakups and reunions he proposed (she accepted) and yet he still continued cheating on her. They called it off again, but then Jessica realized she was pregnant and the engagement was back on. After the birth of their first child (Honor Marie), something happened to Cash. He completely changed and has not as far as public knowledge goes, cheated since. They have since gotten a daughter more named Haven Garner and the couple seems both happy and thriving together.

    So yes, people can change. I just doubt that Justin is one of them.
