Justin Bieber Performs Holiday Concert for Needy Kids, Gives $100,000 in Gifts

Justin Bieber made the day for the young children of Whitney Elementary School on Friday, performing a special holiday concert at their Las Vegas school.

The Biebs sang acoustic songs from his Christmas album, Under the Mistletoe.

Earlier this year, Ellen DeGeneres brought attention to the school, where the majority of the children are homeless.

During a November appearance on DeGeneres’ talk show, Bieber announced that he’d be making a $100,000 donation to Whitney Elementary.

Today he made good on his promise – and then some.

Bieber handed out an additional $100,000 worth of presents to the 650 students during his holiday concert.

“Thank you las vegas and thank you @theellenshow for a day I will never forget. #giveback,” Bieber tweeted afterward.

The performance will be featured on an upcoming episode of DeGeneres’ show.

    I’d give him a lot more credit if he did this without cameras present to film it all.

    Justin can’t take a poop without cameras around to film it. How could something like this not garner attention? He did a good thing. Give him his credit! :)
    Besides, it’s nice to see a young person being a good example instead of another life lesson.
