I think he should definately take legal actions against her legal counsel. Leving is a very prominent lawyer who knows these things happen to stars all the time. Yeater is not very smart, so it should have been up to her legal counsel to let her know there are consequesces for falsely accussing someone.

That being said, although I don’t believe Bieber is the father of her kid, I do believe that if this lawyer (who is considered one of the best) is following through with this, she could have his DNA on her clothing.Remember she said she gave her lawyers evidence that will prove her claim. In other words, her story could be true in part they may have had sex…why her? Because Biebers fans are for the most part under age, she could have been chosen for her age not her looks. If his management team wanted to “man him up”…they may have thought getting him lucky would be a good place to start…

Embarrassment means nothing to a “crook”. From what I have seen, the most right and legal things to do is confront this now and know for sure because dropping it is what they want him to do so that they could hang this over his head for life. Dropping it doesn’t clear his name and reputation. If these people were so holy, they wouldn’t have done what they did. Even with a negative paternity test result, this woman could still go to tabloids and continuously claim that she BELIEVES that Justin is the father of her baby (and we all know tabloids love to trumpet these kinds of manufactured allegations).
