Justin Bieber to Take Paternity Test and Sue Mariah Yeater

Justin Bieber is going to take a paternity test to back up his claim that he’s not the father of Mariah Yeater‘s baby.

But that’s not all.

After it’s established he’s not the child’s daddy, Bieber, who maintains he’s never met Yeater, is going to sue her big time.

From the start, a rep for Bieber told Gossip Cop that Yeater’s claims are “bulls**t.”

The teen superstar has hired famed attorney Howard Weitzman, who’s arranging for the DNA test, to file a lawsuit against Yeater shortly after the results come in, reports TMZ.

Bieber is currently at the MTV European Music Awards with girlfriend Selena Gomez, who’s hosting the show.

    this whole thing about a possible paternity suit I find interesting why are people having sex outside the marriage covenant? these kind of issues would not even come about if we encouraged moral values on our young children today I say lets glorify God and lets avoid having things like this even have the possibility of occurring

    if he’s sure he’s never met her and did not sleep with her, then why is the DNA test even necessary? and what exactly does bieber gain out of suing this woman? just seems like a lot of unnecessary action to prove what he seems to already know is the “truth”. i guess people with money can waste it however they want. :/

    Never say never. I had a similar situation with my baby daddy. He swore up and down he was never the daddy and even though he was Asian and I’m white and the baby looks just like daddy he swore up until that test came back he could have never been the daddy…….well he’s the daddy. He also KNEW he was the daddy. He told me he would deny it for as long as he could. But if it comes back negative he should sue her. The sad part is this baby has been used for this. That baby will forever been known and mocked for this. If this happens to be true and the baby is his, then both Justin and the crazy baby mama should be ashamed of themselves for bringing so media attention to this. A child is involved for Christ sake.

    Seriously? The woman is claiming that they have a child together. Justin needs to prove that he’s not the kids Father or else he has to take responsibility for the kid.

    As far as the courts are concerned, if a woman is claiming a man Fathered her kid, the guy must prove that the kid isn’t his to get out of supporting him.

    For Justin suing her, he’s a 17 year old superstar who is in the middle of basically being extorted. If a DNA test came back negative, that likely would prove that she’s never even met him and she should be sued. He’s probably not gonna get Anything out of her, but it’s the principle of it.

    The one I feel the worst for is her baby.

    Both his n his girlfriends parents were young parents. They both had them around the age of 16, so why would he make such a dumb decision knowing what could happen? It happened to his parents n selena gomez parents. I highlly doubt its his n i said from the minute i heard this that he would sue immediately following the test results. I can see why he is doin the DNA test. So he has PROOF if he isnt the father! and another thing to think about hes famous like crazy famous n i know that a lot of the guys i knew at 16 werent just sleeping with strangers in fear of what they would say bout their size n how good or bad they were. So they had their 1-3 ( u know teenage boys) girls that they had already hooked up with that they stay with until they knew what they were doing.

    Why is that a waste of money? Here we have a 17 year old mega star with a 20 year old woman claiming she had a 30 second sexual encounter with him in a bathroom that resulted in her pregnancy. He can defend himself until the cows come home by saying he never met her, but people will never let it die. He is in a lose lose situation. If he doesn’t take the DNA, everyone will say he’s afraid to take it, if he does take the test people like you will say what a waste of money to prove something you know is not true. I hope he sues the crap out of her and maybe it will send a message to the other looney’s out there that you just can’t accuse someone and expect to get money and your 15 minutes of fame. The lawsuit is for the principle of the matter.

    It’s not so unrealistic that he should have had sex with an older woman (16 vs. 20) – after all, he was dating the gorgeous Selena Gomez at that time and she was 18… Their relationship was actually illegal and still is until he turns 18 (dunno if that has happened yet), at least if they have any sexual relations, and I dare anyone his age to date someone as gorgeous as Selena and not do anything remotely sexual – kissing and fondling included. Okay, so it’s only a fineable misdemeanor but it’s still illegal.

    I dont think bieber has a choice regarding the taking of a paternity test. The law is pretty clear here. Once the accusation has been made, paternity must be established in the interest of the child. And its the child I feel sorry for, no matter how this turns out.

    This is how I see it. Noone knows who is telling the truth until the DNA results are in. This woman is putting herself in jeopardy of being convicted as a sex offender if the DNA test comes back positive. Consent laws in that state are 18 and Justin was 16. Justin is going to do what he can to clear this matter up and do damage control. If he is not the father of this child then this woman has more serious issues and should not be caring for an infant. Finally, I would like to state that this whole thing has taken over the media and we have more pressing issues to worry about. This is not the first time that a teenager made a baby and told the tale. There are teens every where in this country having babies b/c they want to be like teen moms on MTV. Lets start worrying about the teens that are having babies that the tax payers are paying for.

    The law states that once paternity is questioned, the potential father named must submit to a paternity test. There are many stars that have been accused of fathering a child. Charlie Chaplin was accused by one of the actresses he worked with. Chris Rock was accused and paid for a paternity test to prove he was not the father. He has been married to his wife for eleven years and wanted to ensure the security in his marriage. If Justin does not do this DNA test (although he really has no choice), then the public will question what he is afraid to find out. He can deny what he wants but the best thing to do is get it done and over with. If it comes out that he is in fact not the father, he can sue for this girl to pay for the cost of the paternity test. Suing this girl is not about money for him it is about sending a clear message that he will not just subject himself to being a victim. Kudos to him for making a mature decision.

    okaiii so i really didnt give a flying zebra about justin beiber but i wanted to see if the results where positive or negative because i have heard about this topic heaps and all i can say is im sorry for the baby because if that little boys mummy gets in trouble and has to pay big fines the baby may suffer and even if his mum turns out as a crazy bitch and goes to jail the baby will suffer even more.
