Justin Bieber, Sofia Richie Split Reason Made Up By HollywoodLife
HollywoodLife has once again been caught seemingly fabricating a story about Justin Bieber. This latest untrue “exclusive” purports to know the reason behind the superstar’s split from Sofia Richie. But Gossip Cop has confirmed that it was apparently “made up.”
“Justin Bieber & Sofia Richie: Why He Decided To Let Her Go,” reads the headline. The accompanying article says, “Justin Bieber and Sofia Richie’s summer romance has fizzled out, and now, we’re left with nothing but tormenting questions as to why the ‘Sorry’ singer let her go! Luckily, HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE details that will help put your mind at ease.”
A so-called “source” is quoted as telling the outlet, “Justin Bieber, 22, loves dating, and occasionally a girl will grab his eye for a brief moment, but then he finds himself missing the benefits of bachelorhood.” But what real person would actually say “Justin Bieber, 22” in conversation?
And yet this supposed snitch goes on to further say, “One thing that was different with Sofia Richie, 18, is that Justin thought was she was really cool.” “Sofia Richie, 18” is hardly a natural line, either. HollywoodLies then opines, “The answer is just SO simple, and it’s been staring us in the face! We’ve been keeping up with the singer’s dating history for quite some time now, so it’s not a big shocker that he enjoys spoiling more than one girl at a time. The word ‘exclusive’ might not be in Justin’s dictionary.”
And Gossip Cop would argue that the bad blog uses “exclusive” inappropriately, slapping it on stories it gets exclusively wrong. In fact, as Gossip Cop has reported, Bieber himself has called HollywoodLife “garbage” for its “untruthful” stories. It’s pretty galling that after that, the webloid would still claim to have real “sources” talking to them about the singer.
Well, they don’t. Gossip Cop is told that this tale is yet another one of its “made up” pieces. Our contact even warns, “They are playing with fire.” HollywoodLies would be wise to stop burning Bieber and its readers with false information.
