Justin Bieber Baby Daddy Accuser Mariah Yeater Withdraws Paternity Lawsuit

Mariah Yeater, who filed a paternity lawsuit against Justin Bieber and even went on TV and said she had “evidence” the singer was her baby’s father and that she had “nothing to hide,” has now reportedly dismissed her lawsuit.

And not only has she distanced herself from the far-fetched claims, but her lawyers have also walked away from representing her and being a part of the case, reports TMZ.

As Gossip Cop previously reported, Bieber categorically denied he was the baby’s daddy, and was not only willing to take a paternity test, but was also going to sue her afterwards for making false allegations.

    I love how quickly you all assume it was withdrawn because she was lying. However, there is another, albeit farfetched possibility….she was paid off by Bieber’s people. Justin Bieber is a very wealthy young man and it would not be the first time that a wealthy young celebrity had paid someone to just go away… Granted she is a sleezy appearing individual but that fact does not preclude a payoff.

    It was clear from the beginning that something like would happen. I’m sure Justin Bieber’s lawyers have already completed the accusal. I hope this stupid nut Yeater Mariah has a few million dollars in her bank account. It’s going to be very expensive for her. And to be honest the kid will be better in another family, without such an insane mother. I’m sure she wanted Justin Bieber as the father of her kid, because he has a lot of money.

    Crap like this already didn’t work with the women who claimed that Keanu Reeves was the father of her kids. Some people should really think first before they act.

    For some posters who claim she was paid off: put a little sense in your thinking cap. Bathrooms after a concert are packed and lineups are the norm. How could any couple barge into the bathroom and have a 30 second sex act without anyone seeing them? All the stalls would have been occupied and they would have had to do the “act” on the bathroom floor while others watch.

    That woman is a chronic liar and doesn’t deserve any sympathy. She didn’t and wouldn’t get a penny out of this as her lawyers have already abandoned her. The assault charge against her for attacking her ex-boyfriend, who she originally accused of fathering the same baby, is coming up in the middle of December this year.

    Although that stuff is common, the tell her is that her lawyers walked away from her as well. If it was a payoff they wouldn’t have done that.

    I love that some people refuse to believe that this woman is just a liar and they think Bieber’s people paid her off. They would have had to give her MILLIONS and there would be no way to hide that. Also, the lawyers would not have quit before getting their share. If Bieber was the baby-daddy he would have been attached to this fool forever and she would have gotten many, many millions, along with the baby entitled to part of his estate. No way she would have given all that up for a couple million now.

    The plain fact is, this b!tch is a liar and the gossip media, as usual, were too quick to put her out there and pay her money for her story without even checking up on this lying chick. Look what she got out of this: she was on the cover of at least two rags and she did an “exclusive” interview for a TV show, which means she made at least a few thousands for this lie. The gossip media should hang it’s head in shame, but they won’t because they have no shame.

    I agree, proceed with the lawsuit. Hopefully will deter others from making false accusations. Although if someone is this delusional, would anything deter them? DNA evidence being what it is, I find it unbelievable she’d accuse him. I feel for the baby having a mother who is this irrational.

    I think it was obvious from the start that she was lying, didn’t take a genious to work that one out. The baby looked NOTHING like Justin different head shape and eye colour. My mother who has had five kids should know and I showed her the picture in a mag while we were shoppping and all she could do was laugh and say that’s NOT his baby. I think she would know, I DON’T I have never had a baby before. I think it was also obvious she was lying by her bogus story to the magazines and the interview as well as her taking pictures of herself hoping maybe people will find them. She accussed her ex the REAL father in the situation and assualted him. If thats not action of a Maury show like liar I don’t know what is. Her actions spoke volumes right from the beginning! I feel sorry for the poor baby and I hope the family takes care of hi the way he deserves to be taken care of. I’m not a fan of Justin but this seemed to have really upset the guy, I think that with all of this now being behind him, he maybe able to finally relax!!!!

    You keep tweeting this story, but I read another article that was posted later than this one, from another reliable source that she has a new lawyer and there will still be a paternity test.

    Yes, she dropped her paternity LAWSUIT. Meaning, there’s no legal claim anymore. Her lawyer, however, would still like Bieber to take a DNA test, which there’s now zero obligation for him to do. If Bieber does take one, it’s only to clear his name in the court of public opinion, but there are some bombshells about to drop that may make this whole thing disappear. Stay tuned!

    Yes, I think they paid her off. It’s a win win for her too (except for looking like a liar) and she would be getting money constantly for the baby due to Bieber’s carrer still being in tact. If they didn’t pay her off and he’s not the father, then they need to publicly sue her, if they don’t, we’ll know why.
