Justin Bieber Jokes James Corden Is Stalking Him: “It’s Creepy, Bro” (VIDEO)
Two months after a sketch they filmed for the “Late Late Show,” Bieber took to Twitter to (jokingly) call Corden out for not leaving him alone. “@JKCorden I got the cards and the messages and the flowers. It’s creepy bro. I was one car ride. Relax,” tweeted the superstar. Corden had actually kicked off the exchange, tweeting to Bieber, “I miss you x.” Now the host replied to Bieber, “You were so much more than that c.”
As Gossip Cop reported at the time, Bieber joined Corden in May for “Carpool Karaoke,” a recurring bit where singers join Corden on his car ride to work. Bieber’s segment featured the pair singing along to his music, trading clothes, and playing with a Rubik’s cube. The clip is Corden’s most popular on YouTube by far.
Since it’s posting on May 20, the video has amassed more than 30 million views. The second most-viewed video has half that amount. And Bieber’s “Carpool Karaoke” bit has easily out-performed editions with Mariah Carey, Iggy Azalea, and Jennifer Hudson. The most recent installment, which aired last week with A$AP Rocky and Rod Stewart, has just over 5.5 million plays so far.
Bieber’s participation actually served a dual purpose. Corden and Bieber also used their time in the car to film a cameo for June’s CMT Awards, as Gossip Cop reported. If you missed their “Carpool Karaoke,” check out the video below!
