Justin Bieber Files Complaint With Cops Against Photographer From Freeway Chase

Justin Bieber filed a complaint against one of the paparazzi who allegedly chased him down the 101 Freeway in L.A. on Friday.

As you’ll recall, The Biebs was pulled over by the cops and ticketed for speeding in his chrome Fisker Karma, which he said was pursued by a bunch of photographers.

Gossip Cop is told that after the incident, the police visited the set of Bieber’s “As Long As You Love Me” video shoot, where the singer gave the cops a blow-by-blow of what happened.

Interestingly enough, while the police were taking Bieber’s statement, the same allegedly over-aggressive photographer who he filed an harassment complaint about, was on the music video’s set taking more pictures.

The police are currently investigating the entire situation.

    I don’t know why all celebs don’t issue a complaint against those paps. They are harassing some celebs like crazy. It’s a shame. What they ought to do is have a disguised cop to go with them and arrest them (paps) for harassing them on the road. I just looked at some pics of a celeb that from the expression on her face, the paps are harassing her. I don’t see how any fan can love a pic of a celeb looking scared to death and horrified. I would not support pics like that. Please can somebody do something before this celeb gets run off the road or something! Please!

    He shouldn’t have driven like he did and endanger the other drivers on the road, but he also shouldn’t be pursued in his vehicle. The paps are going to end up killing someone, again. Princess Diana died as a result of this foolishness and it simply has to stop. Vultures!

    I think these paps that are doing it, don’t care if they kill somebody or not. They want the pics regardless. They hired these heartless criminals to do their dirty work. The paps would have to be mighty close to the car to get some of the shots they get. Somebody please do something!

    That may be right, but how does this excuse the fact that Bieber was weaving in an out of traffic doing more than 100 miles an hour?

    The paps are horrendous and there should be more laws regarding them. That still doesn’t excuse Bieber for driving to endanger. He should have just drove the speed limit and drove normally. The paps would be there regardless of how fast he was going.

    Being ”harassed” by paparazzi does not give him the right to endanger other people with his driving.

    He was cited for going 80. No cop clocked him going 100. I’m waiting for the video of his weaving in and out and writing testimony of those endangered.

    You mean should have driven. On the 101 everybody drives above the speed limit. If you don’t keep up the traffic, you pose a problem.

    Sometimes the 101 is like a parking lot. Sometimes the traffic is going 80+.

    That’s probably what the pap reported. If he was weaving, it’s because he was trying to escape that nasty pap. Those things are AWFUL!!!

    It doesn’t give the pap the right to cause him to endanger others’ lives too. He shouldn’t have been chasing him. There is a law that they aren’t suppose to chase anyone.

    Justin and the paps should all be cited for reckless driving and endangerment. Weaving in and out of LOS ANGELES traffic and that speed is dangerous. He could have killed somebody. It was JUSTIN who started driving fast, the paps were just following him, which is NOT illegal. Once again, his fans pretend like he’s God.

    I am not a fan of Justin Bieber. He is too young for me. I am for what is right. I think he did what most teenagers would do, which I am not saying is right in itself, but you have those terrible adult paps that when Justin made a speed higher, they did too… then they create above speed limit for both + a chase. I think paps should leave celebs alone… period. When celebs want their pic taken, they create their own or they shouldn’t be in the business. What anyone does on their personal time is their business, not anyone else. I know it sounds idea for celebs, but I feel that they are human too.

    You’re correct in saying the paparazzi do no have the right to endanger other people’s lives, but that doesn’t justify his reckless driving.

    I agree with mandy but when he got pull over they should of told the paps to scram. if it was Iowa they all would have got arrested for inpeating a law enforcement officer doing his job. they know where is he going so why follow him doesn’t make cent and yes we need a fedral law and I am from iowa. be like fance they have a paparazzi law it’s time to catch up with other nation in the world. but the paparrazzi would said voilation of the first andment.

    but saiding it’s all Justin fault is not right. And if I was the head guy at CHP I will do a internor investagation a make sure they was no other laws wasn’t voilated Just to be on the safe side.
    and being follow after the police stop I have only herd one person call on hiim a it was the councilmen the rest was calling on the other driving and at least he was change lane when their was a opening not driving on the shouder now thats really dangerous because on miist jerk could send you fliping over and over. Maybe they need to do a speeding sting have the city state and other city take parts

    that what iowa does and are traffic incendents went down 7%. we use to have a traffic incendent every three days now it is about once a month amazing what one little stings do and the most incendents id because some dinking and driving. Iowa has one about one a month plus speeding camras also help. yes we have speeding

    bieber actually called 911 because he was afraid for his life because the PAPS were weaving in and out of vehicles to get to him and he felt threatened and in danger….
