Justin Bieber Should Be Charged With “Felony Vandalism” For Egging Neighbor, Says Prosecutor: REPORT
According to TMZ, the prosecutor called Bieber’s former neighbor — who was egged — and purportedly told him that a misdemeanor charge is not enough, and “If we don’t charge him with a felony we ruin precedent for every other felony case we want to charge.”
As Gossip Cop previously reported, in January Bieber allegedly egged the home of his then next door neighbor while yelling, “F**k you! I got another one for you!”
The neighbor claims the damage to the property was approximately $20,000.
