Justin Bieber’s “Baby” Video Will NOT Be Removed From YouTube

A rumor that’s caught fire over the past 24 hours claims Justin Bieber‘s “Baby” video is in danger of being pulled from YouTube.

According to various reports, the site could delete “Baby” (which has been viewed nearly 584 million times) due to its accumulation of 1.5 million “dislikes” from users.

Worried fans began several Twitter campaigns to protest the supposedly imminent removal. “Dear YouTube” and #dontdeletebaby became particularly popular phrases among those fearing “Baby” was in peril.

But good news for Beliebers: The rumor is not true.

A spokesperson for YouTube tells Gossip Cop they “are not taking down” the “Baby” video.

There you have it.

“Baby” is here to stay.
