Drake Bell praised nemesis Justin Bieber on Twitter on Sunday — and then went right back to warring with the singer’s fan base.

Bell initially tweeted, “@justinbieber dude, have to commend you on your donation to AIDS research! Thoughtful and selfless…#redeemed.”

The actor was referring to the reported $545,000 Bieber donated at Thursday’s amfAR Cinema Against AIDS Gala in Cannes.

Apparently the kind words weren’t appreciated by everyone, as Bell went on to subsequently retweet a number of hateful messages he received in response, writing, “Wow I compliment @JustinBieber and this is still what his fans send.”

Bell vowed to keep sharing the “insane” messages “because they spam my timeline with hate vile language and gay slurs so I can’t escape it.”

“You are really bad people,” he told one Bieber fan.

When accused of “fueling” supporters’ anger by often “ridiculing” the teen sensation, Bell insisted, “Everyone does!!!!!!”

“Go hate on Seth Rogen and bill header [sic] and Patrick carney and Jason Biggs and nick Jonas etc,” he replied.

Bell then instructed his own followers to get “BELLievers” trending, the new nickname he gave his fan base to play off of Bieber’s “Beliebers.”

What do you think of Bell’s latest comments?
