i highly doubt she is telling the truth, why would justin take the DNA test if he had something to hide. anyways if it is true ( which i believe is not) she shouldnt of went publically with it, hes at a good point in his life his music career is going great and hes in a steady relentionship with someone he seems to be in love with, why would she want to ruin this. suppose only time will tell and when the DNA results come back i hope there negative and i believe they will be.

This girl is being threatened with statutory rape chrarges because she’s saying that a child is the result of her encounter with JB. Let’s pretend for a second that she’s telling the truth, that means she had sexual relations with him, which PROVES statutory rape. With JB and Selna, there is no proof that they’re sleeping together and unless someone seeks charges, nothing is going to happen.

If nothing is ever proven that Selena and JB are having sexual relations, then she’s not breaking any laws, but was just going with the comment I replied to that said “Selena gets away with it because she’s rich and famous…” which is why I put in parenthesis (if she is).

The only way to know the truth is through DNA testing. This is just sad all the way around and I’m not talking for her and JB, but this baby that has been shown on TV and magazine covers. I started listening to the video and shut it off. If it’s JB’s then yes he needs to be aware of this, but not the media. She could have filed those papers with the courts and used his manager’s address or whatever for JB and not said a word so yeah, this whole thing just needs to be put under wraps. As far as JB goes he too should have not said anything because he sounds like a spoiled child pissed off instead of not wanting to make this a bigger deal. I do agree though that if this is not his child he should sue her and then others will think twice before they do it again, but again it should not have been posted for the world to see. The child is the one who is going to be a target over this.

According to what has been said, she TRIED to contact JB privately, but he ignored her. As far as JB taking this test, it’s not like he’s willing to do it, he will HAVE to do it, because of a court order. He has already tried ignoring her, but now that’s not going to work.

If his relationship with Selena is ruined, I believe it would only be if he is proven to be the father, and then that’s up to Selena to decide whether or not to stick with him. If he is the father, then he did as much to ruin his relationship with Selena as this girl did, maybe even more, since he was the one in a relationship.

I agree with you. The most important person here is the baby. She did try to contact him privately before, though, but he and the people surrounding him chose to blow her off and ignore her.

If she tried to contact him like she’s stating then I doubt he ever heard anything of it. When you try to contact someone of his status, it goes to his handlers like his PR people. His people were the ones who ignored her, not Justin himself. This is probably not the first anyone in his camp has heard anything like this, but the first to go public. Which is probably why they didn’t take it seriously, just saw it as a ploy to get money. She probably thought that they would give her hush money. The fact that she couldn’t directly answer the question about the previous paternity claims to her ex makes me think that she really did say he was the father. He is voluntarily taking a DNA test once he comes back to the States. Hope it is negative so we don’t have to hear about this woman anymore.

Well, Selena Gomez is straddling Justn and making out with him, and staying in hotels with him. Justin is trying to always look grown up, so he makes sure he feels up Selena in public for cameras. And Selena is overt 18, and Justin is not. So charging this person with rape would be ridiculous. I hope it’s true so his fans freak out and he fades away. He is so not talented . fact of the matter is he has enough money to bribe whoever does the DNA test to say that the baby is not his if he feels like there is a chance the baby could be his. I’m not saying that he would do this but you never know – even someone within his camp could try to cover it up to protect his “image”.
