It was Justin who wanted to meet Selena Yes. Justin has said this himself. So Justin’s manager asked Sel’s mom to let Justin meet her. That is how they actually met. Selena has never heard of Justin before, until she met him. (I know. You just make up stuff, because you cannot handle the actual facts).

You ‘forgot’ to mention that people did not knew Justin until he began to date Selena. Afterwards, most of them only know him, because his deluded ‘fans’ who sends death threats to others who MAY date him.
