Jurassic World Box Office Second Weekend

Jurassic World has topped the box office again, earning nearly $400 million at the domestic box office in just two weekends. Globally, the film has sold almost $1 billion in tickets. As Gossip Cop reported, the fourth film in the Jurassic Park franchise had a record-breaking debut last week, taking over Avengers: Age of Ultron as the biggest opening of all time.

Jurassic World took the top spot by earning another $102 million. Coming in a close second place was Inside Out, which earned $91.1 million. Nabbing a very distant third place was Spy with $10.5 million.

San Andreas took the number four spot with $8.2 million, while the Sundance Film Festival favorite Dope secured fifth place with $6 million during its debut weekend.

Rounding out the Top 10 were Insidious Chapter 3 with $4.1 million, Pitch Perfect 2 with $3.3 million, Mad Max: Fury Road with $2.8 million, Avengers: Age of Ultron with $2.7 million, and the George Clooney thriller Tomorrowland with $2 million. Entourage, with its poor reviews, got knocked out of the Top 10.
