Stephanie Pratt’s Boyfriend Tackled After Running Over Police Officer’s Foot (VIDEO)

Julien Chabbott, the boyfriend of “The Hills” star Stephanie Pratt, was tackled to the ground by cops in New York City on Saturday after he ran over a police officer’s foot with his Ferrari.

In video captured by an onlooker, Chabbott gets into his car and attempts to drive away while a traffic cop is ticketing the vehicle, running over the officer’s foot in the process.

The furious cop screams, “You ran down my f**king foot… assaulting a f**king officer?” before pulling Chabbott from the car, slamming him to the pavement and cuffing him.

Spencer Pratt’s younger sister is seen looking on at the chaos in the footage.

Chabbott, the co-creator of the mobile app Line Snob, was charged with assault, vehicular assault, disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration.

    The guy is a complete assh*t. He could see he was getting a ticket for parking illegally – I’m sure he thought, being a “celebrity”, the laws don’t apply to him. He gets in the car, starts it up, tries to ignore the cop, EVEN when the cop is standing in FRONT of his vehicle and drives over his foot to get away. S T U P I D. These people seem to think they are not down here on Earth with us common folk. I hope they give him at least 30 days in jail. Congrats to the arresting officers for not giving him the pounding he so richly deserved in front of the camera. I hope they adjusted his attitude when they got him to the precinct.

    Yeah the guys a douche but what stood out to me more was the cops attitude, cops in America are flipping psychos and liars, he clearly did not run over his foot, might have nearly but didn’t quite do it or else the cop would have been limping and clearly was not,I’m so glad i dont live in America with cops being violent so flipping easy.

    Yea, it did not look like his foot was run over, you can see he clearly moved it out of the way when the car started moving, and was not limping when he first went over and dragged him out. He saw a nice car, he saw a money opportunity.

    A couple of things neither one of these guys get much for being the smartest people in the world.

    1. The guy didn’t park his car there the parking attendant did, he could have taken the parking ticket to the establishment he was in and had them pay it.

    2. The cop deliberately moved to put his feet under the wheel of the car for someone who is basically a meter maid that isn’t showing a lot of intelligence.

    3. The cop is charging this poor idiot with assault for an intentional act on his own part (the cop) for putting his foot under the tire and for hurting his hand when he hit the window (himself).

    But I have to admit it was a well laid plan on the officers part, he will now draw 100% disability for being hurt on the Job and the taxpayers of NYC will forever support him. So maybe he wasn’t so dumb after all! LOL

    the cop put his foot under the car when he was moveing. what did he think he could stop the car with his foot? the cops a dumb ass. and if he really ran over his foot how was he able to pull his foot out so easily
