Julianne Hough Cries After First Broadway Performance With Brother Derek (VIDEO)
Julianne Hough couldn’t hold back the tears on Saturday after performing on Broadway for the first time.
The star’s “Move Live” tour with Derek Hough had two sold-out shows at the Beacon Theatre, and she became emotional during the break between performances.
During the Saturday night concert, the siblings opened up about their long journey — from moving to London as kids to pursue dance, to scoring multiple wins on “Dancing with the Stars,” and now performing in one of the most famous areas in the world.
They gave credit to Shirley Ballas, Mark Ballas’ mom, bringing her on stage for the special show, and explaining how she became their teacher and caregiver in England.
And she wasn’t the only special guest.
Derek’s most recent “DWTS” partner, Amy Purdy, was there too, and received a rousing standing ovation.
Check out Hough’s moving reaction to the milestone below.
