Kristen has made a lot of movies but outside of the Twilight series none of them has ever made a profit. They all bomb, they don’t even make back their production budget. She’s like box office poison. The general ticket buying public stays away from Kristen’s movies like they were the plague. It’s funny they say Kristen said only old fogies will go see Julia’s movie, because at least then someone would go see them. No one goes to see Kristen’s movies unless Robert Pattinson stars in them.

Julia’s films on the other hand have made over 50 billion dollars in profit and she has an Oscar. The real salient feature is that Julia’s movie comes out first in March, and has no competition until The Hunger Games opens. Kristen’s movie has to compete against 9 other summer blockbusters when it opens in June. Universal got played.

Oh puhleeze, indies are produced with the object of being a bomb? Do you know how stupid that sounds? And I’m not generalizing, I’m sticking to facts.

The King’s Speech was an indie, along with Little Miss Sunshine, The Hurt Locker, Black Swan, and a little film called Remember Me. All of them made a profit and were seen by the ticket buying public. Some won Oscars. That’s the goal of all indies, sweetie. Every producer would like to see their film gain a wide audience, no one wants their movie to go direct to the bargain DVD bin, do they?

Unfortunately for Kristen, it doesn’t matter who else is in the film or what the budget, none of her films have made a profit unless Rob stars in them. Look it up on BOM, numbers don’t lie. Not even Adventureland made a profit. Lame excuses about why the films didn’t make it to bigger areas don’t cut it. If the films had been good they would have been seen.

Neither Julia (who has publicly complimented Kristen in the past) or Kristen who never really says anything bad about anyone have said or done anything against each other’s film. Rob has said many times that he adopted a dog. Kristen was seen walking it once, so shippers immediately started saying it was their dog. He has the dog with him in Toronto now, and she hasn’t been to visit in almost 2 months, so if it’s also her dog, she’s not interested in seeing it or Rob. I believe it’s his dog. In that VF interview he said he was lonely and needed an anchor, so he got the dog. It also kind of says something about their relationship if he’s on location filming with her and he still feels lonely.

I think Kristen is an awful actress and Julia has got my attention anyway. She is a class act, period. Have you actually seen Kristen act? Awful. Some fans may want them to be together ‘forever’, some want them to be apart ‘forever’….but if/when ‘forever’ is over (as often happens to young couples who grow & change during their 20′s)…you guys should roll with it. And in most cases it all depends on how well they beef up the movie in trailers if they are gonna have a good size audience… If your trailer sucks I gaurantee you will not have a line of people out the door… If your trailer rocks and pulls the audience in to find out what happens in the movie then that is where the movie gets an audience… It has nothing to do with a specific actor and/or actress… Its the movie as a whole they are watching… Now I love Julia Roberts and I love Kristen Stewart at an equal level because the movies they have starred in rock but to watch a movie mainly for 1 actor/actress is retarded… It is the entire production you have to enveloped in… Just my opinion…

Why would they be fighting? The Snow White Julia’s in is supposed to be a comedy; Kristen’s is more dark/action. I don’t think they’re actively competing for the same audience. Plus, Julia wouldn’t ever say anything like that. I’ve never seen her behave as anything less than classy and composed. And Kristen doesn’t strike me as the confrontational type. She seems pretty low key to me. JMO.

Okay, first off, before Twilight, Kristen was getting steady roles. She put out a new movie or two every year. No, they weren’t big blockbusters, but they also weren’t really meant to be. Most were never even released in theaters. Many were simply TV movies. But, they were modestly successful and she gained critical acclaim for those roles. She was approached year after year for new roles. When Catherine Hardwicke began creating Twilight, she chose Kristen as the female lead right away. However, they auditioned many actors for the role of Edward. Kristen was central to Twilight from the beginning, but the franchise could have happened with or without Rob. Speaking of Rob: he stated himself that before Twilight, he was broke, wasn’t getting any jobs, and was dead close to giving up on acting. He saw Twilight as his last shot, and even stated that the reason he auditioned was because he had seen Kristen in “Into the Wild” and wanted to work with her. Then, Kristen REQUESTED to Catherine that he be cast as Edward. Really, there were plenty of other actors that role could have gone to. So, if it weren’t for Twilight, and if it weren’t for Kristen’s insistence that she connected with Rob and he should be Edward, where would Rob be right now? Probably not acting. Now think, where would Kristen be without Rob? Well, the Twilight series would have gone on with another actor, who the female audience would love just as easily as they love Rob. And after Twilight? She would have continued getting roles and making a steady living as an actress, just as she had been doing before Twilight.

I never listen to the Nationalo Enquirer because they are false to the core… That is quite obvious in a lot of cases… Next weeks headline My mom is having my grandpa’s baby… Or Im pregnant with Skeletor… The point is this conversation shoulod have been squashed a long time ago and they are just hating because of jealousy and trying to get a rise out of everyone who can care less of another human beings personal life that is what an actor/actress are human beings…

I dont think she would sink so low… I don’t think any of it was said because I think they are both mature adults and want eachother to do well… I don’t think anyone would want to see anyones movie flop because its not just the actor or actress’ rep on the line it is the producer, editor, Everyone that has to do with the film…

Im a fan of both of them and whatever makes them happy makes me happy… Whether they are together or apart… : )

Julia’s movei is first out of the gate and will capture the audience. Kristen’s copycat movie will face much stiffer competition and get lost in the shuffle. They’re saying it’s going to be a trilogy but it won’t if the first one bombs.

All i know is I am more open to going an seeing Julia than Kristens.In all the moves I’ve see Kristen in, her role usally includes lot of blank stares, sitting positions, hardly any talking, and eye rolls. I hated her in Twilight, she had no emotion. Her vampire boyfriend i dumping her and her expression is as blank as a brand new dry erase board. A rock has more emotion and feeling then Kristen does in her movies. How in the world she got cast into acting is beyond me. She better not EVER fire her manager/agent.

Oh please, Kristen wasn’t responsible for hiring Rob, the producers were. Catherine took him to the producers and they gave their approval for his hiring. She screen tested with three other guys and they didn’t do as good a job as Rob did. If Kristen recognized that he did the best job, fine. But quit trying to rewrite history, Catherine has spoken about this many times. She was the director, she and the producers did the hiring.

And you can blather all you want about Kristen’s indies, they all bombed and didn’t even make back their production budgets. Rob’s 2 films since Twilight have both made a profit, Kristen’s 3 indies since Twilight have all been flops. Audiences don’t pay to see her outside of Twilight, that’s a fact.

She’s horribly miscast as Snow White. If the Hollywood Reporter thinks she has that vacant deer in the headlights look and is appropriate to play that psycho liar Casey Anthony, the producers of SWATH must be on crack. Kristen doesn’t elicit sympathy on screen, she got slammed for her portrayal of Bella in Eclipse for coming across as a tease and a bitch. She’s just not likable.

i’m not sure how true this is, but i read about stewart’s version being a trilogy and her “learning the way of the warrior in the woods”- i’m sorry, but she does NOT look like a warrior to me- maybe an archer, but there’s no freaking way her little arms could have lifted a medieval sword
