Julia Roberts And Amal Clooney Are Not “Frenemies,” Despite Report
Julia Roberts and George Clooney’s wife, Amal, are not “frenemies,” despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this tale, which began in one of this week’s tabloids. We’re told the story is simply “not true.”
According to Star, Roberts is “fuming” that Amal “keeps showing up” on the set of Money Monster and interrupting filming. A so-called “insider” claims that “everything grinds to a halt” when Amal shows up, because she even brings her parents and sister to meet the cast. The tabloid alleges that Clooney took the two women out to a “swanky dinner” so that Roberts would lighten up to Amal.
Of course, what the tabloid didn’t realize when it manufactured its latest tale is that the dinner the two women recently had was the very first time they’ve met. Additionally, that meal was when Money Monster had wrapped production in New York.
Remember, Star is the same tabloid that Gossip Cop busted for fabricating a completely false story about how Amal and Angelina Jolie “hate each other.” And it’s also the same tabloid that reported Clooney and his wife conceived a baby on their honeymoon last year. Regardless, a source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop the latest “frenemies” story about Amal and Roberts is entirely “not true.”
