JT and Robert put their friendship on display with a jazz routine on “So You Think You Can Dance” on Monday. Check out the video below!

As Gossip Cop has reported, JT Church and All-Star partner Robert Roldan have been one of the most outstanding pairs on the “Next Generation” of “SYTYCD.” And after JT and Robert’s stunning contemporary dance last week, they went for a more fun routine this time around. As choreographer Mandy Moore put it, it was about “celebrating them as a dynamic duo.”

And fittingly, the jazz performance was set to Ne-Yo’s version of “Friend Like Me” from Aladdin. After a standing ovation from all the judges, Paula Abdul said, “That number, if anyone’s ever having a bad day, all they have to do is rewind that again and again.” She further declared, “To me, that number is Broadway-worthy. I can see that number on a Broadway show right now. That’s how good it was.”

“It was so refreshing seeing you two in this setting,” Abdul went on. “I’ve said it, you two are one of my favorites. You bring out the best in each other as a pair.” Maddie Ziegler admitted, “I don’t know how it’s possible, but you two just always seem to wow me…. Very proud of you guys.”

Jason Derulo said, “JT, this is you in your element. This is where you live… It’s amazing. This is really cool to see.” And, referring to the song’s title, he added, “You have never had a friend like Robert. Y’all the dynamic duo that has America buzzing right now.”

“Everyone said it, JT, this is where you shine beyond anyone else on the program,” Nigel Lythgoe agreed. He also told the 10-year-old contestant and his mentor, “You could go on tour in the United States right now and pack them in. You are both fantastic together. It’s a marriage made in heaven.” Watch below!
