Danica Dillon, the porn star who filed a $500,000 lawsuit against Josh Duggar last November claiming he sexually assaulted her, dropped her case on Friday after admitting to lying about the alleged incident.

As Gossip Cop reported, Dillon claimed in a court filing that she met Duggar last March at a Philadelphia strip club, where he supposedly paid for $600 worth of lap dances, and then propositioned her for sex. Dillon went on to allege that she agreed to sleep with the disgraced reality star for $1,500, but once they got to a hotel room, he sexually abused her to the point where she felt “as if she were being raped.”

Duggar denied the allegations, and last month he filed legal documents refuting Dillon’s entire account of events. The former “19 Kids And Counting” star insisted he wasn’t even in Pennsylvania at the time of the alleged encounter, and has never attended the strip club or hotel where the supposed events took place.

On Friday, Dillon dropped her lawsuit, and in return Duggar agreed not to file a countersuit with evidence and documents proving the adult film star had lied. As part of the settlement, Dillon confessed to making the story up, and also agreed to never try and refile her sexual assault claim against the former reality star.
