The Jonas Brothers are being sued by a fan who claims she was “agonizingly crushed” by the crowd at a 2010 concert.

Ashleigh Johnson alleges she was watching the trio perform at The Grove in Los Angeles in May 2010 when fellow audience members became unruly and pushed her into the guard fence.

Johnson claims she suffered physical, mental and emotional damage from the incident, and has filed a suit against the band, as well as the company that manages The Grove, says TMZ.

Can I sue them for being boring and trying to make more crappy music when it’s clearly time for them to be gone?

Have they even come out with anything in the last year? She’s suing for a 2010 show, which sounds about right as far as their relevancy.

Ps, she’s going to lose her suit.

If I were the judge the first thing I would say is: It took you 2 years to come out with this bogus claim…. first of all, the brothers did not crush her it was audience members second of all, you should have been careful since obviously screaming fans are involved so there is a risk f injury and third of all, you are desperate for money go get a job …. typical hollywood/USA lifestyle…. everyone sues one another for no reason just to make money…..

Some people !!! this is one more ridiculous lawsuit from a moron trying to get fast and free money , which will never happen!

when do you not go to a concert of someone popular and get pushed/ crushed? It comes with the territory. If she wins, every fan from any popular act can sue because they were hurt at a concert — Can you really got to a boyband concert (Jonas, One direction, etc.) or an act with a excitable fan base such as Lady GaGa’s concert and expect that their will not be pushing and shoving to see and/ or touch them??????

Stop it they are inspirational, they don’t shove their relationships at their fans faces (like somone we know !) and their songs were here for years I loved the, when I was young and just because one direction and justin bieber etc took their place at he to doesnt mean they faded away
It just means they don’t have to deal with half the rumours these do

I didn’t really understand wtf you were trying to convey, all I know is Nick Jonas TRIED To sing Les Miserables and butchered it to death. It was lying on the floor screaming in pain, all bloody and in chunks. He should be shot. He is a lousy singer AND an even worse actor.

Folks, bands and venue management companies have a duty to provide security and some measures to prevent fans from getting injured at entertainment events – i.e. they have to have some sort of crowd control. I don’t think it’s a strict liability thing and legally you have a time period to bring the suit within a period of time. In a case like this, it’s generally 3 years. I’d imagine the suit alleges that crowd control was mishandled resulting in injuries, etc. Neither the judge nor the jury may hold a prejudice against you for failing to file right away as long as you file within the period of time allowed by law. There are all sorts of reasons why a delay may happen from investigating the venue and the crowd control procedures in place to dealing with medical injuries first before legal claims. Having said that, if negligent crowd control procedures were a problem that night, it’s unlikely she’d be the only one hurt and we would have heard from others. So yes, this sounds like it probably won’t amount to anything.
