He is right, it’s about society & what people feel like watching. I wouldn’t go as far as saying they act like idiots for money, there are many actors who act like idiots in movies & get stupid parts just for money. People who do anything for money are in every aspect of the media.

Its said now the two young girls will ahve there own spin off show.Media makes or breaks you & right now we are being force fed everything Kardashin. Makes me wonder if there isn’t some dirty money backing this family with the networks on the high push.. Something is not right with all this & too many impressionable young people are caught up in it too. K’s have said they are not responsible for what the young view but the parents are. I say if there not responsible then at least move them to midnight viewing as a start. Most is close to soft porn at best of times..

I’m Tired of Reality Shows watching them is just gonna make more… and yet i watch The Kardasians because tis atleast entertaining because nothing else is on… and i also watch Jersey Shore… There average shows and if More things came on in there time slots i would watch them instead since there not i’m recording the Kardasians atleast there not to bad to look at especially the younger sisters ;)

You can’t possibly be saying they don’t act like idiots or that they won’t do anything for money. My gosh, one only needs to browse the public lawsuit filings to see that they had to pull their debit card for predatory practices (they said they didn’t realize a 3000% above market interest rate was predatory???), have had part of their purse line removed from Sears for knocking off designers rather than coming out with original designs, etc. The mom encouraging Piers Morgan to have a life size cut out of her daughter in his office, is an example of creepy pimping on the mom’s part. Or how about filing for divorce after 72 days without discussing the marriage or doing anything to work on it and then saying the $2M ring should be kept because nobody likes an Indian giver? Of course, that doesn’t even begin to go into their daily behavior on the show. Acting like an idiot in a movie is following a script – that’s a little different. These women sell their souls for money.

I don’t watch the Kardashian’s, I watch shows like Mad Men. My problem is that my television has been overrun with the Kardashian’s, Jersey Shore, and the numerous other ridiculous reality shows that there is very little selection for anyone who doesn’t want to watch such trash. Because the show is so cheap to produce, they need smaller ratings to be on the air, which crowds out quality programming. Simply not watching the show is not enough. We’re trying to send Hollywood a message that we want more and better alternatives to the Kardashian universe.

I was like the rest of the world, watching the K-girls, but when Momma Jenner wanted Kim to pose for Playboy I was like how could you do this to your daughter, I still watched, but then along came the wedding disaster, that was too much, so like most of you I am so over the the K-girls. Maybe Momma J will let them retire(ha, ha she’s already getting the Jenner girls involved). Luckly Rob is a boy, he doesn’t have to work.

I have to say I agree with you. I mean the Jersey Shore are far worst then the K-clan they fall down drunk on the beach where families are trying to enjoy themselves. Then the same shit continues at the bars, they start fights and then fight all the way home. Now that is setting a poor examples for kids.
