Jon Stewart and “The Daily Show” have now won a staggering 10 consecutive Emmys for Outstanding Variety, Music or Comedy Series — a fact that wasn’t lost on competitors Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon.

When Stewart’s latest triumph was announced at Sunday’s awards, Colbert and Fallon (jokingly) tackled him to the ground, forcing Stewart to crawl his way down the aisle and up the stage to collect his trophy.

Catching his breath, Stewart began his remarks by noting that Fallon’s in much better shape than he is.

The “Daily Show” host went on to acknowledge the brilliance of the other people in his category before closing with some bleeped-out profanity.
