JoJo Fletcher, Jordan Rodgers “GMA” Video: “The Bachelorette” Wedding Plans
JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers opened up about their wedding plans on Tuesday’s “Good Morning America.” Watch below!
As Gossip Cop reported, Fletcher and Rodgers became engaged on Monday night’s season finale. Following the live “After The Final Rose” special, the couple jumped on a plane and headed to New York. And on “Good Morning America,” the celebration of their engagement continued.
“It feels so good,” Fletcher said of finally going public, while Rodgers noted, “It feels so surreal. We felt like it took forever, and now it feels like it flew by.” Naturally, there was much gushing over the stunning engagement ring, as well as reflection on the journey to this point.
Rodgers shared, “It was a few weeks in I knew I was falling for her, but you don’t want to get caught up in the moment, so I was always trying to ground myself and make sure those feelings were real.” As for any “doubts” Fletcher may have had, she noted, “I have never in my life dated more than one guy at the same time, so I don’t know if anyone can imagine what that’s like.”
“But when it came down to it,” she continued, “I knew the moment that he proposed that there was no doubts in my mind.” Still, she noted, “Incredibly emotional, very tough. The same day I got engaged, I had to have a breakup [with Robby], and that normally doesn’t happen.”
After a commercial break came the big question: Have they set a wedding date? “We’re thinking about it,” Rodgers said. “Next year sometime. We’re throwing around dates.” But while he’s mentioned eloping, Fletcher insisted, “We’re going to plan this one.”
And they didn’t rule out a TV wedding. “I think there’s always a chance,” said the reality star, who also revealed she plans to take Rodgers’ last name. Fletcher also weighed in on who the next “Bachelor” star should be. Check out the full video below!
