John Travolta Sued By Masseur Who Claims Actor Touched Penis, Wanted Sex

John Travolta is being sued by a masseur who claims the star touched his penis and tried to initiate sexual activity during a session at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The massage therapist, who originally made the allegations in March in the National Enquirer, has filed a lawsuit in which he says Travolta responded to an online ad and drove the masseur to Travolta’s bungalow at the hotel.

According to the lawsuit, the massage was interrupted when Travolta allegedly rubbed the masseur’s leg and genitals before masturbating and requesting sexual favors.

The masseur, who is seeking $2 million plus punitive damages, says he repeatedly declined Travolta’s advances and was eventually sent home.

Travolta’s camp is strongly denying the charges, saying Travolta was not even in California on the date in question.

In a statement to Gossip Cop, reps for Travolta declare, “This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication. None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie. It is for that reason that the plaintiff hasn’t been identified with a name even though it is required to do so.”

The statement continues, “On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.”

Travolta’s camp claims, “Plaintiff’s attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame,” adding, “John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and Plaintiff for malicious prosecution.”

    I think it is pretty clear that John is gay or at least bi sexual. What I find sad is the fact that he has felt he had to live a lie, in order to have the career he wanted. The fact is things like this would not happen if he was openly gay. It’s that fact that he has tried to keep his sexuality a secret that leaves that him open to accusations like this, even though I don’t believe these accusations, the person who made them obviously knows there will be some question of if it could be true, that is probably what they are counting on.. It is just not natural to live a lie your whole entire life. This is the exact reason that priests are always caught doing things they shouldn’t be, becasue it is not natural to repress you sexual needs and pretend to be someone that you are not. John Travolta became a star when homosexuality was not an accepted thing, he would not have gotten the roles he was given at the start of his career. It’s the fact that he has kept this a secret for so long, married and had children that he probably is scared of opening up and being true to who he really is. I think it sad that anyone should have to live a life like this.

    Yes money makes people do stupid things. I do find it odd that in response they never claim the Travolta isn’t gay, just that it never happened or he wasn’t at the location at that date.

    I highly doubt the plaintiff is telling the truth. This does sound like a bogus lawsuit because it is being defended by proof Travolta wasn’t even in the state at the time. It sounds an awful like the lawsuit brought by that woman who claimed Justin Bieber fathered her child. Remember she went to the National Enquirer before filing a lawsuit first too. People with legitimate lawsuits usually go to an attorney first and don’t sell their story until after the court date.

    Thank you, those are my thoughts exactly. People saying him gay or straight most definitely don’t personally know him so why should they be feeding to whichever rumour is right or wrong. Plus, so what if he is straight, gay or bisexual. Would it make him any less of the man so many love him for today. He’s a great actor and seems to be a great father, that’s what we should be judging him on, not what genger he likes to have sexual relations with.

If there was a homosexual situation going on with Mr Travolta, this would not be the first time anyone would have heard about it. Now if it was said he tried to get with a female masseur, that I could believe, afterall he is a man. It seems to me, before you accuse the man, first make sure he is in the same city. It knocks me out how people are always trying to get theirs from the sweat of someone else. If you want it, work for it.

    Isn’t it amazing how so many people are so willing to jump into a pile of bullshit?? Gay or Not, I don’t care. He is a talented man, a good husband and father. And he is a humanitarian who does a lot of good for others. I don’t care if he has an inverted penus, which is doubtful. I like him. always have and hope this crap proves the ‘unidentified claimant’ is a liar looking for money in addition to what the trash rag has given him. I agree with Mimiblair above, If you want money, work for it like John has for many years.

    It’s a shame that people believe a tabloid that would go to any means to discredit any celeb. I don’t understand why they even exit. They pick up anything anybody tells them. National Enquirer has published many lies on celebrities. Didn’t John sue a tabloid once before. Well, they all work together. They are out to get him anyway. They just want to do their dirt and then expect for them not to do anything about it. These tabloids are a disgrace to America. They spread lies and out to get any celeb. Something should be done about it. They paint a bad picture of celebs. It’s like they are the Mafia out to get celebrities. It’s a shame of what they do. Why would a person run to a tabloid in the the first place? They run to them because it’s a cheap way of getting a lie out there. If I were a celeb, I would get the hell out of LA and live in a secluded place as far away as I can get, especially if I have children and not working.
