John Travolta Accuser #2 Drops Sexual Battery Lawsuit

Truth rating: 10

John Travolta is in the clear.

A little more than a week ago, two unnamed message therapists accused the actor of sexual battery in a lawsuit, and now both men have dismissed their claims.

John Doe #1 dropped his suit last week after it emerged that his claims of being groped in a Los Angeles hotel could not have been true, since Travolta was in New York on the day of the alleged sexual battery.

Days before the suit was dropped, Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, told Gossip Cop, “On the date when plaintiff claims John met him, John was not in California and it can be proved that he was on the East Coast.”

And now John Doe #2 is also out.

On Thursday, the unnamed message therapist also asked that his suit be dismissed after having accused Travolta of similar misconduct in an Atlanta hotel.

Okorie Okorocha, who briefly represented the two men, gave no reason as to why his second client sought to withdraw his suit.

Singer, who called the allegations “ridiculous” from the start, tells Gossip Cop he has yet to receive confirmation of the case’s dismissal.

It is being reported that Gloria Allred is now representing John Doe #1 in this matter since his suit was initially dismissed “without prejudice”….John Doe #2 will probably follow his lead and the saga will continue…especially now that Gloria Allred is involved.

    Is he paying them off?

He has plenty of money to make it go away I guess.

He has plenty of money to make what go away? Obiviously you failed to read the article, because it stated the first person dropped their’s when they found out it COULD NOT HAVE BEEN TRAVOLTA AS HE HAS PROOF HE WAS SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Seems to me, these men thought they could make him may for something that didn’t happen to save face… But, now that the truth is coming out they want to drop their claims… Oh my, when will people stop trying to take advantage of these celebrities..or trying to blackmail them?? If you going to accuse someone for something they did wrong… how about first making sure they don’t have an alibi!!

Your reply makes sense to me. IOW first be certain one can prove the charge before charging anyone with a crime. That’s one major disadvantage being famous. One’s fame can be a detriment since it usually involves huge sums of money to be blackmailed with.
