John Stamos NOT Holding AA Meetings On “Fuller House” Set, Despite Report
John Stamos does not plan on holding AA meetings on the set of “Fuller House,” despite a new report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s completely “false.”
As Gossip Cop reported, following Stamos’ June arrest in Beverly Hills for driving under the influence, he checked into a 30-day rehab program for substance abuse. The treatment ended Friday. Now, claims RadarOnline, Stamos, who’s reprising his role as Uncle Jesse on “Fuller House,” plans to keep his sobriety going by bringing AA meetings to the set of the Netflix reboot, which has begun production.
A so-called “source” tells the webloid, “They will bring meetings to him on set,” if Stamos isn’t able to attend AA meetings elsewhere, due to his busy work schedule. The supposed “insider” goes on to allege that many individuals involved in the production of “Fuller House” are also in recovery and support the idea of having on-set meetings.
While there’s no question that Gossip Cop supports anyone who’s committed to recovery, the webloid’s story is completely fabricated. Stamos will not be having AA meetings on the “Fuller House” set. A rep for Stamos tells Gossip Cop the RadarOnline report is “totally false.”
