TAB: Nicole Richie & Joel Madden Fighting After He Got “Frisky” With Other Woman

In Touch claims Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are at odds after the rocker was “spotted getting frisky” with another woman at the wrap party for the Australian version of “The Voice.”

An alleged “eyewitness” at the June 19 bash tells the mag that Madden “was talking to tons of girls at the beginning of the night,” but at around 2 a.m., he “zeroed in on” 20-year-old Jayde Economos, who worked on the singing competition.

The supposed source recalls, “They went outside together, and when I approached them to borrow a lighter, they jumped apart, as though they’d been kissing.”

And that’s supposedly not the end of Madden’s philandering ways.

The tabloid goes on to claim that “Joel’s flirtation with fellow Voice judge Delta Goodrem caused tongues to wag on both sides of the Pacific.”

Another so-called “source” for In Touch says Nicole Richie “absolutely hates when Joel acts this way,” adding, “There have been many times when she’s heard about him talking to girls while he’s out, and it drives her crazy.”

Actually, it’s In Touch that’s “crazy.”

When the mag printed a similar version of this story back in March, Madden slammed the tabloid for not caring about “sacred things like family and marriage,” telling Gossip Cop exclusively, “I take my responsibilities as a father, and as a husband very seriously.”

And yet still, the tab persists in printing warped lies about the couple’s supposed marital trouble.

Regardless, a good friend of Richie tells Gossip Cop the tab’s story is completely “ridiculous.”
