Jonas Brothers Threatening to Boot Joe?

According to Star magazine, the Jonas Brothers are “on the verge of imploding” because Kevin and Nick Jonas are “sick of Joe’s wild ways.”

The tabloid claims it’s reached a crisis point.

A so-called “insider” says, “Nick and Kevin staged a career intervention and told Joe they’re fed up with his partying, random hookups and complete lack of focus.”

How bad is it?

“They’re threatening to boot him from the group unless he shapes up immediately,” declares the Star source.

The Jonas Brothers are thinking about axing Joe Jonas?

That’s what Star says, contending that Joe has been on an “endless bender” for months, “cruising babes” and partying “nonstop” from coast to coast.

Except there’s absolutely no truth to this supposed Jonas intervention.

A source close to the family tells Gossip Cop it’s “false” and “completely fabricated.”

    Star really needs to get new “sources”..the JoBros were just last week shown in several pcitures back at work in the studio and announced that they were working on a new album due out later this year….way to go, Star! Another great “scoop”!

    What a ridiculous story. In the first place, the Jonas family is far too close to ever threaten to remove one brother from the band. In the second place, Joe is the frontman for the Jonas Brothers and I really couldn’t see them making a go of it without him. The Jonas Brothers are an amazing band and a close family. Sad that publications are making up rumors like this.
