Joe Francis fought a woman after a traffic collision in Beverly Hills on Thursday, police confirm to Gossip Cop.

The “Girls Gone Wild” mogul’s Bentley collided with a female motorist on Rodeo Drive – and their verbal argument escalated into what cops describe as “mutual combat.”

We’re told there was a “verbal and physical altercation” in which they both sustained “minor injuries.”

Francis was briefly handcuffed but not taken into custody.

Both sides have decided not to pursue further legal action.
