‘Dancing With The Stars’ Seventh Elimination, Jodie Sweetin Gets Voted Off ‘DWTS’ (Video)
Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe were the seventh pair of dancers to eliminated from Season 22 of “Dancing With the Stars” during the show’s elimination on Monday. They received the lowest scores from the judges and number of votes combined for last week’s “Icons” night dances, resulting in them being sent home. See the video below of their elimination.
The bottom three by the judges’ scores were Wanya Morris and Lindsay Arnold with a score of 27, followed closely by Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe with a score of 26, and then Antonio Brown and Sharna Burgess with a score of 24. America voted, and so Sweetin and Motsepe are now the seventh contestants voted off this season’s “Dancing With The Stars.” Interestingly, earlier in the show, Sweetin nabbed her first perfect score with her jive to Christina Aguilera’s “Something’s Got a Hold on Me.”
They now join Kim Fields and Sasha Farber, and Von Miller and Witney Carson, who were sent home last week during this season’s first double elimination. Before those two pairs, Doug Flutie and Karina Smirnoff were voted off. Also booted from this year’s “Dancing With The Stars” were Marla Maples and Tony Dovolani, and Mischa Barton and Artem Chigvintsev. Following the show’s premiere, Geraldo Rivera and Edyta Sliwinska were the very first dancing pair eliminated from the competition series.
