Jimmy Kimmel Hit With Paintballs By Eric Stonestreet To Settle World Series Bet (VIDEO)
Eric Stonestreet shot paintballs at Jimmy Kimmel while the talk show host stood in a bounce house on Wednesday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” It was all to settle their World Series bet, which Kimmel obviously lost. Watch the funny video below!
As Gossip Cop reported, Stonestreet is a die-hard Kansas City Royals fan, while Kimmel’s loyalties lie with the Mets. When the “Modern Family” actor appeared on the talk show last week, the two wagered on which team would win the World Series. To do so, they spun the “Wheel of Terrible Bets,” which landed on Kimmel’s choice, and he actually picked the paintball stunt.
Of course, the Royals won the series, and on Wednesday’s show, Stonestreet was ready to cash in. Kimmel admitted, “I’ll be honest with you — I’ve been dreading this show tonight.” He went on, “Unfortunately, I am a man of my word. My stupid, stupid word. As if being a Mets fan isn’t painful enough, tonight, America’s favorite gay uncle clown is gonna shoot me with a paintball gun in a bounce house.”
Stonestret was joined by Royals players Mike Moustakas, Jeremy Guthrie and Drew Butera, all of whom helped pelt Kimmel with paintballs. Watch Kimmel pay the price for losing his World Series bet below, and tell Gossip Cop what you think.
