Jimmy Kimmel Halloween Candy

Jimmy Kimmel once again played his massive Halloween prank on the children of America on Monday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live.” For the third year in a row, Kimmel asked parents to tell their kids they had eaten all of the their youngsters’ hard-earned “Trick or Treat” candy, film the reactions of their children, and then upload the videos to YouTube for the late night host to air in a segment called, “Hey Jimmy Kimmel, I Told My Kids I Ate All Their Halloween Candy.”

The tradition began in 2011 and was so popular that Kimmel did it again in 2012 and 2013. Gossip Cop is told this year “Jimmy Kimmel Live” received more videos than they have in previous years. Kimmel’s team then sifted through more the 1,000 videos to whittle it down to their favorites, which include pissed off kids, super pissed off kids, and a few surprisingly understanding children. There was toppling of chairs, throwing of objects, crying, screaming and kids blurting phrases like, “You ruined my life” and “Get Out!” A couple of kids said, “We’ll get some more next time” and “That’s OK,” while once little girl yelled, “F*ck you, mother*cker!”

So, is the annual prank cruel, funny or both? Check out the video of this year’s “Hey Jimmy Kimmel, I Told My Kids I Ate All Their Halloween Candy,” and tell us what you think.
