Jimmy Fallon Birthday Surprise Tonight Show

Jimmy Fallon celebrated his 40th birthday on “The Tonight Show” on Friday, and got very special surprise visits from Seth Rogen, James Franco, and Stevie Wonder.

“I want to thank everyone out there for all the kind birthday wishes I got today on Facebook and Twitter. It was really nice,” said Fallon. “Now, from what I have been told, everyone in the office here got together and got me a surprise birthday gift. They told me it was a special guest.” Fallon went on to explain that he would be interviewing the secret guest and “he, she or it” would also be performing.

“I’ve never done a surprise like this,” he said. “This is exciting.” The talk show host knew he was in for a treat, but had no idea what it was. It began with a giant cake being brought onstage and, as Fallon started laughing hysterically, Rogen popped out of it shirtless (perhaps even nude). That was not all. A shirtless (and perhaps even nude) Franco also popped out of the cake, swinging handcuffs like a male stripper. But that was not the full surprise either. It was Stevie Wonder, who emerged from behind a curtain and sang his hit, “Happy Birthday.” Fallon was overwhelmed to say the least, and later called it the “best birthday ever.”
