VIDEO: Jimmy Fallon Debuts Baby Frances, Gets Parenting Advice From Chris Rock
Jimmy Fallon returned to “The Tonight Show” on Monday after taking a three-day paternity leave following the birth of his daughter, Frances. The late-night host is now the proud dad of two girls, as the newborn joins big sister Winnie, and he shared some precious photos during his monologue. And luckily for Fallon, he had fellow two-time father of daughters Chris Rock as a guest to dole out some hilarious parenting advice. Watch below!
First, Rock congratulated Fallon by telling him, “You have two babies! Your sperm worked twice!” The comedian, whose girls Lola and Zahra are 12 and 10, respectively, then let Fallon in on a little secret. “Two girls are easier than one,” said Rock, “because they play together. So when you have one, you have to be the show. When you got two, you’re just the usher.”
Rock did, however, give Fallon a warning. “You have girls, so you have to watch out. You may have to hurt somebody.” He went on to admit that if Lola came home and told her a guy hit her, “I’d get my gun and shoot the guy. I wouldn’t even ask questions. I would put DNA on the bullet to make sure everybody knew I did it.” Rock amusingly went on to explain why he wouldn’t have the same reaction if something happened with Zahra. “You got two kids, they look alike, but they’re different children,” noted the Top Five star.
Rock’s main message, though, was this: “One kid is horrible! Have a bunch of kids! Or have none at all!” Check out the photos and videos below!
