Jessica Simpson to Be an “X Factor” Judge?

A rumor picking up steam claims Jessica Simpson will be named as one of the judges on the American version of “X Factor.”
According to multiple reports, the singer is a “strong option” for the show, with one site printing a rumor that she’s “currently in contract negotiations” for the talent competition series, for which Simon Cowell left “American Idol.”
But do not expect to see Simpson on the panel.
“Just to clear up a rumor… I am NOT going to judge X Factor!!!” tweets Simpson. “I don’t even know where that info came from.”
