MAGAZINE: Eric Johnson Gives Jessica Simpson Diet “Ultimatum”

Truth rating: 0

(Twitter)

The National Enquirer claims that Eric Johnson has threatened to nix their nuptials if Jessica Simpson doesn’t “lose weight soon.”

According to a “source” for the tab, Johnson told his fiancee that unless she goes on a diet, he is “calling the whole thing off.”

“He is in tip-top shape and feels like Jessica is letting herself go,” says another so-called insider, who notes the pop star is “heartsick over vicious weight-related fights that are jeopardizing their wedding plans.”

So, is Johnson really going to ditch his bride-to-be if she doesn’t drop some pounds?

Sounds pretty absurd…

And it is.

A source close to the singer calls the Enquirer story “complete B.S.”

LMAO over this one. The tabloids must be getting desperate for stories. Like Jessica is so fat her fiance wouldn’t marry her because of that. I’d be more upset if I were him over the way she blabs everything to the mags.

Jess, NEVER marry a man who gives you an ultimatum about your weight, family, dress styles, diet standards, etc. What next? If you were raised on a diet of meat and still eat chicken and such, it’s obvious that he’s not the man for you! Find yourself a good man who values all that you have to offer. In the meantime, step away from this man. You need to find your direction. Humanitarian work, travel, school, unfinished business. Even if you lost 15 pounds in record time, it’s not what will sustain you. If you give into his demands, then he will forever threaten to leave you if you don’t comply with his demands. He’s not the one. Move on. Find a man who wants to have children and raise a family. Maybe someone more low-profile. Or, foster a child in need, possibly adopt. You don’t have to be married any more to adopt thousands of deserving children. You can do this on your terms. Not his – 86 him.

I am sure that he didn’t say that! Thanks for the story GC! He is way to sweet to ever do something like that. Not to mention SHE DOESNT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT! Claims that she does will damage people
s body image and give them a bad idea. EVERYONE is beautiful!
