Jessica Simpson Linked to Two Leading Men She Barely Knows

According to In Touch, Jessica Simpson is about to get some “sexy revenge” on ex John Mayer after he discussed her bed behavior in Playboy.
After reprinting a few old Mayer-related quotes from Simpson’s interview with Oprah, In Touch gets down to the business of doing actual original reporting… and promptly falls flat.
In Touch first rehashes wrong rumors about Simpson flirting with Jeremy Renner that even the actor himself shot down (they didn’t even exchange numbers).
To hedge its “sexy revenge” bets, the mag then claims Simpson has her sights set on… Ryan Phillippe and is already texting him.
“Jessica has had a crush on Ryan for ages,” a so-called “friend” whispers to the tab. “They’re planning to get together soon.”
No, they’re not.
A source close to Simpson tells Gossip Cop there’s zero truth to the Phillippe talk.
