Jessica Simpson to Elope Because of Wedding Planning Stress?

“Jessica Simpson wants to elope,” reads the headline of a National Enquirer piece.

According to the tab, a “stressed out” Simpson wants to simply “run away to get married!”

The Enquirer, which week after week after week prints inaccurate stories about Simpson, now says she’s “so frazzled” over her upcoming wedding on November 11, “she’s begging her beau, former NFL player Eric Johnson, to fly away with her so they can tie the knot alone.”

The magazine adds that she recently told a friend that if she “doesn’t act fast, the tension could cause her to scrap their engagement altogether.”

This is all very juicy, except for one, teensy weensy fact… Simpson has NOT even begun planning her wedding.

There’s nothing to “run away” from or “scrap.”

A trusted pal of Simpson tells Gossip Cop, “They have not set a date or a plan for the wedding,” adding they’re just “enjoying being engaged.”

    well that might be true except Jess was on Access or ET & said that only her & ERIC & the wedding planner know the date & also she herself tweeted to Mindy Weiss I have a date. Now maybe things changed but Jess needs to speak herself & not all the sources?

    It seems to me the tabloids are doing that to get Gossip Cop to get info and Jess’ people know that. Who in hell wants a tabloid in their business? They are always hardest on Jess of anything anyway, so why should she drop info to the “dogs”. I mean any of the “dogs”. They don’t mean her any good. She probably knows what they are up to because why in hell are they so interested in somebody’s wedding that they do really bad anyway. Yes, tell those “dogs” to go to hell. They have done enough damage. Their asses just dying to make money on the shit they have waiting. She doesn’t have to explain sh++ to anybody. The only reason she said what she said before is because they asked her when she was interviewed. She hasn’t been interviewed lately. Maybe she did change her mind. So what? It’s not hurting anyone. Who cares?… only the bast+++s that are trying to make money off of it. She owes nothing about her personal business. Tell those low-ass tabloids to stop trying to make a mockery of her wedding. They are just trying to pressure her. She doesn’t need the pressure. The minute she gets married they will start their sh++ and everybody knows that. We know the haters and low-dogs are behind a lot of shit with the tabloids. TABLOIDS GO TO HELL WHERE YOU BELONG.

    When she is enjoying her engagement so shy is there hurry of getting married. I think doing so would help them tin knowing each other in a better way.
