Like Tiger Woods before him, Jesse James is off to rehab as an infidelity scandal engulfs his marriage.

With rumors swirling and the number of mistresses with whom Sandra Bullock‘s husband is said to have had affairs rising, James reportedly checked into a Tucson rehab facility that specializes in drug, alcohol and sex addiction.

James is now a patient at the Sierra Tucson center, and was on his way there last Friday when a California Highway Patrol officer stopped him for driving with tinted windows and without a front license plate, according to TMZ. His representative has confirmed that he’s in rehab, as has a therapist at the facility.
