Jesse James Hits the Road, Moving Permanently to Austin

Jesse James has been chased from California.

His attorney, John Schilling, confirmed on Friday that Sandra Bullock‘s soon-to-be ex will be moving to Austin, Texas permanently at the end of the month.

According to Schilling, the change in locale “was needed to handle business matters and other personal matters,” although he did not elaborate on what those might be.

What makes the move to Austin especially interesting is that Bullock owns a home there.

And while James is moving to Texas, a court has finally awarded porn star Janine Lindemulder, mother to James’ six-year-old daughter Sunny, visitation rights. The former couple would need to figure out the logistics should James move to Texas with Lindemulder still residing on the West Coast.

Schilling stressed that James wants Sunny to continue to have a relationship with Lindemulder.

Bullock and James shared a house until his infidelity scandal rocked their marriage.

    I think he wants to start a new life. Getting the children away from the messy scandal is best. The children might want to see Sandra from time to time. I feel sorry for the children. They are caught in the middle of all that. I don’t think he will ever find another woman like Sandra.She really cared for his children. He messed up big time.
