Jeremy Renner Divorce Finalized From Sonni Pacheco
Jeremy Renner’s divorce from model Sonni Pacheco was finalized in a Los Angeles courtroom on Tuesday, and according to legal documents, the actor will have to pay his ex-wife at minimum $13,000 a month in child support for their 2-year-old daughter Ava.
As Gossip Cop reported, Renner and Pacheco were only married for 10 months before she filed for divorce in December 2014, citing “irreconcilable differences.” While much of the agreement was settled months ago, including them sharing joint custody of Ava and Renner not having to provide Pacheco with any spousal support, the finalized divorce documents note that should the actor earn more than $2.3 million a year, 5 percent of his excess funds will go towards additional child support.
Renner and Pacheo have been engaged in a bitter divorce battle for the past 12 months. As Gossip Cop has noted, Pacheo demanded in her initial filing that Renner return her allegedly stolen passport, birth certificate and Social Security card, and also claimed her prenuptial agreement with the actor should be voided due to “fraud.”
Shortly after that, Renner filed his own legal papers claiming Pacheco only married him for money and a green card. Both Renner and Pacheco then went on to accuse one another of being an unfit parent, and each party requested sole custody of their daughter.
