Jenny McCarthy’s sixth and final Playboy cover is here.

The “Love in the Wild” host revealed she wanted to do one last nude pictorial for the mag before she turns 40 in November — and Hugh Hefner graciously granted her wish.

In her interview, McCarthy says she’s become “really strong” since her last Playboy shoot, nearly 10 years ago.

The TV personality, who’s dating NFL player Brian Urlacher, also reveals she’s come into her sexual prime.

McCarthy divulges, “This point in my life has become the most fun, sexual extravaganza,” adding, “The orgasms are night-and-day better.”

The July/August issue hits newsstands on June 29.
